Q. Where are your products manufactured?

A. All of our products are made in the USA, using products made in the USA.

Q. Are your products safe for my young child?

A. Yes! Our toys are designed to be played with by children and are safe when used as intended.

Q. What should I do if the product breaks?

A. We use very strong materials in the manufacturing of Booboo's Pals. However if one of your Booboo's Pals do break, please discard all parts of the product to avoid a chocking hazard.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Currently we only ship to addresses listed within the USA.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. We make all products on-demand and ship them as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours of receiving your order). Once shipped your item will typically arrive within a few days.

Q. When will the donated item be delivered to the receiving organization?

A. To simplify logistics we ship out the donated and matched Booboo's Pals at the beginning of every month. Once shipped the items will typically arrive within a few days.

Q. Do you offer expedited shipping?

A. Currently we offer one shipping speed, done at no cost to you.

Q. What is our return policy?

A. We are confident that you and your child will be over the moon with your Booboo's Pal. If for whatever reason you are not satisficed please reach out to us via our Contact Us page and we will work to make the situation right.
